Registration Information

To register, print and fill in the EPIA'03 Registration Form and send it, accompanied by the appropriate documentation, to the secretariate address:

All matters related to registrations should be addressed to the EPIA'03 secretariate mailbox: epia03-sec@di.uevora.pt.

Rates

The following rates apply, with possible reductions for students, APPIA members and early registration:

Notes

• Regular (and APPIA member) registration fees include the participation in EPIA'03, one copy of the conference proceedings, the welcome reception, lunch tickets, coffee breaks and conference dinner.
• Student registrations do not include proceedings or the conference dinner; these may be acquired separately at the displayed rates.
• In order to be benefit from the reduced rates, APPIA members must have their dues up to date.
• All student registrations (graduate or undergraduate) must include a certifying document, vouching for their status.
• All bank expenses should be supported by the attendees: when paying by bank transfer, please make sure that the amount due is the actual amount received by the conference.

Forms of Payment

The registration may be paid for using one of the following methods:

• A cheque (in Euros) passed in the name of EPIA'03, mailed to the secretariate address above.
• A bank transfer to the EPIA'03 account:

  The transfer should mention the fact that it's an EPIA'03 registration and refer the attendee's full name.

Regardless of the form of payment being used, the secretariate should be notified, via the e-mail address above. In the case of a bank transfer, a transcript of the transfer order should also be sent.

Also note that all bank expenses should be supported by the attendees. So, when paying by bank transfer, please ensure that the amount due is the actual amount received by the conference organization.
