The EPIA'03 conference proceedings will be fully published in the Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence and will be available on print and online at Springer's site. These will include the highest-quality papers in full length as well as five-page versions of the remaining papers accepted for presentation in all workshops.
Submissions must not exceed 15 pages (or 5 pages, for short papers), including title page, figures, and references. The title page must contain: the title, the authors' names and institutional affiliation, abstract of no more than 200 words and a list of keywords.
Papers should be formatted according to Springer's LNCS/LNAI format, following the instructions on Springer-Verlag's site.
Final versions of papers must be submitted in LaTeX source form, using the Springer llncs style. Please note that articles submitted in Micorsoft Word format cannot not be included in the final proceedings.
Very important note: the final version of an accepted paper should be e-mailed to the corresponding workshop organizers.
